What I didn't like in most of my general ed classes was that it's a lot harder to make friends because there's just so many people in the classroom, you just don't really connect with anyone. What I love about my major is how almost everyone in the major knows of each other. Also, you'd think that everyone in the fashion world is catty, but we all kind of look out for each other. I got to meet these girls at different points this past year; Andrea at the VAMPPED. charity event, I collaborated with Amber for our last project in my promotion class, and Shahirah during the New York fashion tour. I love hearing what their goals and ambitions are in the fashion industry and it's nice to know that you're not alone.
