You are your own worst critic.

Austin and Allie are one of my favorite couples ever. They're so cute together!!! And I like to tell them that often whenever they come visit Peet's Coffee and Tea while I'm working. My work place has a handful of co-workers who have girlfriends that have now become my guinea pigs for shooting! Well, just Allie and Austin. They're the second couple I've ever taken pictures of and agreed to taking pictures for me so I can get some more practice! Allie loves taking pictures anyways and they both love hiking.

Taking pictures of couples are a lot more of a challenge and frankly, it's wayyyyy out of my range. I hate it when I get stumped or I'm having an off day. I want to get better, but it's going to take practice and more photography knowledge. I get so many compliments, but I always want to do better. I always think I can do better. I'm very harsh on myself, and I think that if I want to make "this" into something real, then I need to get it together.

  1. i think posing couples is the most difficult. posing in general is really difficult. and being able to capture genuine feelings can be difficult, but it's so magical when you capture the right moment! for me, i stalk a lot of wedding photography blogs. getting a picture that looks similar to the pro ones is tough! good luck, kiki!! YOU CAN DO IT! :D
