It's always super exciting when the day finally comes after being asked way in advanced to do a photo shoot or photograph an event. It reminds me how time sure fliessss. I had the pleasure to photograph Carter's first birthday and finally got to meet the little cutie pie in person after indulging in all the cute pictures his mommy posts on Facebook and Instagram. The party itself was Mickey-themed, with red, black, and yellow everything and Mickey ears galore!!! Even the piñata was Mickey-shaped! I applaud Christine and her friend, Sotheary for putting together a well-themed party. On top of that, there was soooo much good Vietnamese food AND the taco man. I had such a good time photographing Carter and all the kids; I can't wait until his next birthday. ;)
It's been such a blessing to photograph all sorts of memories in just these past few months. I want to thank everyone who took a chance with me and loved my photography so much that they'd want me to photograph special moments in their lives. I know it's still feels like just the beginning of something I love to do so passionately, but it feels like I've come a long way.
