Nugget's Big Splash: These girls sure know how to have fun.

My niece and I had a great opportunity to shoot for a bridal shower thanks to our amazing cousin/aunt, Thao. Going into any photography gig, I always get an immense amount of nervousness prior to the shoot or event. But once I'm in the moment, everything goes by just so fast and I get into this groove of continuously wanting to capture blissful moments. Sounds a tad bit silly, but there's a reason why I have a little reminder on the side of my hand that says "Capture moments."

They say that girls just want to have fun... Nugget and her girlfriends KNOW how to have fun. Although it was early September, summer stayed just a tad bit longer, and it was the perfect day to have a pool party. The pool party was so well thought out and detailed, we couldn't help but photograph everything. It was such a pleasure photographing this event because the girls were so lively and were always photo-ready. I had so much fun at the pool party regardless of how much I sweated that day (buckets probably) and can't wait to do more events like this.
